Get paid for your operating history. Keep your company.
AI companies now license years of real business records to train their models: estimates, project files, drawings, email and tickets. If your company has kept that history, a buyer may pay for it. We find you the right buyer and step aside.
- No cost to you
- We never see or touch your data
- You decide whether to sign
How it works
Four steps. If there is an agreement, it is directly between you and the buyer.
- Quick check
About a minute of taps: company, size, records, and who can approve.
- Introduction
We introduce you to buyers that license records like yours. Buyers pay us a referral fee.
- Buyer review
The buyer explains which records they want and how they're handled, then makes an offer.
- You decide
Accept, negotiate or walk away. Nothing is shared unless you sign with the buyer.
What buyers typically look for
Best fits: engineering, surveying and environmental firms; manufacturers and distributors; commercial contractors with estimating offices; property managers; and companies that have closed but kept their records.
What's never included
- Privileged legal files
- Patient health data
- Card and bank account numbers
- Social Security numbers
- Children's and biometric data
- Records that belong to your clients
Questions owners ask
Straight answers. If yours isn't here, email [email protected].
Do I lose my company or my files?
No. You keep your company. Licensing is a separate agreement with the buyer, and you decide whether to sign it.
How much is it worth?
It depends on the size, age and type of the records, and every buyer prices differently. The buyer makes the offer after reviewing your company. We don't promise a number.
What about my employees' and customers' privacy?
The buyer handles that with you in their agreement, including what is removed or de-identified before anything is shared. We can't give legal advice; many owners have their own attorney review the agreement.
Is this legitimate?
Fair question. We never ask for passwords, files or payment. The first step is the short form below, and nothing happens unless you choose to sign directly with a buyer.
Our company has closed. Can we still do this?
Often yes, if the records still exist and someone has authority to license them, such as a former owner, a trustee or whoever bought the company's assets.
Quick eligibility check
About a minute, mostly taps.
